Coconut Cream Pie Shake { Thm:S, Low Carb, Sugar Free } - Young Homemakers
Ingredients
  • 1 Cup Almond milk Unsweetened vanilla works best
  • ½ Cup Water
  • 1 Scoop Vanilla protien powder
  • 5 to 6 tsp. Truvia
  • ½ tsp. Glucomannan powder (or Xantham Gum)
  • 1 to 2 Tbsp. Heavy cream
  • ¼ Cup 1% cottage cheese
  • 1 Tbsp. Coconut oil
  • 1 tsp. Coconut extract
  • ¾ tsp. Caramel extract
  • 1 dash Vanilla extract
  • 2 pinches Salt
  • 1 tray Ice cubes (more or less to taste)
  • 2 to 3 Tbsp. Shredded unsweetened coconut (more for garnish)
