  • 1 red bell pepper, julienned
  • 1 jalapeno, sliced thinly
  • ¼ cup chopped scallions
  • 1 tbsp. toasted sesame seeds

  • 3 tbsp. Korean sweet and spicy sauce ("gochujang"), or Thai chili paste if that's easier to find
  • 2 tbsp. sambal or sriracha
  • ½ tbsp. horseradish paste
  • 1 tsp. finely chopped ginger
  • 2 tbsp. rice wine vinegar
  • 1 tbsp. low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp. sesame oil
