  • 3 medium Potatoes boiled and peeled (reserve ½ potato for topping)
  • ½ cup Cashews
  • 1 cup Boiled Water
  • 1 tbs Nutritional Yeast, optional or 2 tsp miso paste
  • 1 tbs Lemon Juice
  • 1 clove Garlic
  • 2 tbs Scallions/Shallots (reserve 1 tbs scallions for topping)
  • ¼ tsp White Pepper
  • 1 tsp Onion Flakes
  • 1 tsp Mixed Italian Herbs
  • coarse celtic sea salt to taste
  • Paprika optional for sprinkling over to serve
