Walnut Asiago & Black Pepper Biscotti
These savory, cracker-like biscotti are wonderful with a glass of wine!
Ingredients
  • 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 ¼ cups chopped California walnuts, divided
  • 2 teaspoons granulated sugar
  • 1 ½ teaspoons minced fresh rosemary (or ½ teaspoon dried)
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon baking soda
  • ½ cup (2 ounces) shredded Asiago cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 egg white
  • 1 teaspoon coarse salt
