Shredded hashbrowns fried with scallions

  • ½ yam
  • ⅛ onion
  • 1 scallion
  • oil
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 1 cup of greens
Steps
  1. Fry all ingredients in a large pan on medium-high heat, allowing the hash to brown. Do not overfill pan.
  2. Serve on bed of greens
