Healthy Oatmeal Smoothie {Tastes Like a Baked Good!}
Ingredients
  • ½ cup old-fashioned rolled oats
  • 1 ½ cups frozen blueberries OR sliced frozen peaches, OR your favorite frozen fruit
  • 1 cup vanilla yogurt
  • ½ cup unsweetened milk
  • 1 tablespoon honey, more or less, to taste
  • ¼ teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • ¼ to ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon, *see NOTES below
