  • 4 cups jarred marinara or pasta sauce, or make your own tomato sauce
  • Black pepper, to taste
  • 8 ounces mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan or pecorino cheese
  • 1 heaping cup ricotta cheese
