Instant Pot
Servings: 4 x 500ml Canning jars
Servings: 4 x 500ml Canning jars
Ingredients
- 8 eggs (2 per jar)
- 2 Cups of shredded marble cheese (½ cup for each jar)
- 4 cups Baby Spinach
- 2 Cups of Tater Tots
- Salt
- Pepper
Steps
- Scramble eggs and add 1 egg to each jar
- Add 1 cup of baby spinach (with Salt & Pepper to taste) to the jars
- Add in ¼ cup of Shredded Cheese to each jar
- Add ½ cup of Tater Tots to each jar and top with ¼ cup of Shredded cheese
- Add 1 scrambled egg to top off each jar
- Add 1 cup of water to the Instant Pot
- Using a Trivet, add the jars to the pot
- Set the pot to 6 minutes Manual (high pressure)
- 5 minutes Natural Pressure release
- Enjoy!
Notes
- You can replace or add any ingredients you have on hand.
- Next time make sure to add salt/pepper to egg mixture.
