Instant Pot Eggs, Potatoes, Spinach and cheese breakfast jars
Instant Pot

Servings: 4 x 500ml Canning jars

Servings: 4 x 500ml Canning jars
Ingredients
  • 8 eggs (2 per jar)
  • 2 Cups of shredded marble cheese (½ cup for each jar)
  • 4 cups Baby Spinach
  • 2 Cups of Tater Tots
  • Salt
  • Pepper
Steps
  1. Scramble eggs and add 1 egg to each jar
  2. Add 1 cup of baby spinach (with Salt & Pepper to taste) to the jars
  3. Add in ¼ cup of Shredded Cheese to each jar
  4. Add ½ cup of Tater Tots to each jar and top with ¼ cup of Shredded cheese
  5. Add 1 scrambled egg to top off each jar
  6. Add 1 cup of water to the Instant Pot
  7. Using a Trivet, add the jars to the pot
  8. Set the pot to 6 minutes Manual (high pressure)
  9. 5 minutes Natural Pressure release
  10. Enjoy!
Notes
  • You can replace or add any ingredients you have on hand.
  • Next time make sure to add salt/pepper to egg mixture.
