Spaghetti with garlic shrimp & broccoli
Ingredients
  • ½ lb spaghetti, uncooked
  • 4 cups small broccoli florets
  • ½ cup Italian dressing
  • 1 lb deveined peeled shrimp
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • ¼ cup grated parmesan cheese
Steps
  1. Cook spaghetti, omit salt, add brocolli for last 2 min.
  2. Heat dressing on medium high. Add shrimp and garlic,
  3. . Cook 3 to 4 minutes til shrimp turns pink.
  4. Drain spaghetti, add shrimp mixture and cheese. Mix lightly.
