1½ Cups Strawberries, fresh sliced

1 Can Cherry Pie Filling, 21 oz

1 8 ounces Cream Cheese, softened - see picture you may also use softened, whipped cream cheese. You will add dollops on top of your fresh strawberries to cover "cake"

½ Cup Unsalted Butter (1 Stick) use additional ¼ (if needed for topping)

¼ White granulated sugar, optional used to mix with sliced strawberries
