Ingredients
  • I soaked my chicken in buttermilk and then stuffed with pieces of lunch meat ham, Swiss cheese, a little laughing cow cheese-crusted with ½baking blend and ½ almond flour (probably ½ cup each...I don't measure when I'm creating unfortunately...sorry!!) and some (¼ cup) crushed pecans: seasoned with garlic salt, onion powder, and pepper. Baked 390 for 35 min ( I had some big pieces of chicken and that was plenty of time.
