Ingredients
  • ½ cup soy sauce (or use tamari or coconut aminos)
  • ¼ cup water (more if needed)
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 2 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp sriracha (use more or less depending on preference)
  • ½ tsp ground ginger
  • ¼ tsp xanthan gum to thicken (can sub for 1 tsp arrowroot powder if low carb)

  • 1 head of broccoli, chopped
  • 400g frozen cauliflower rice
  • chopped spring onions (optional garnish)
  • sesame seeds (optional garnish)
