  • 50 ml lemon juice
  • 50 ml tahini
  • 1 to 3 cloves of garlic (finely chopped)
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 30 to 40 ml olive oil
  • 30 to 50 ml chickpea water (from the tin)

  • drizzle of olive oil
  • paprika/sumac
