Low carb cinnamon treat

Servings: 3 to 4

Ingredients
  • 8 oz. of cream cheese ( softened )
  • 2 eggs
  • ¾ cup shredded mozzarella
  • stevia to sweeten
  • 1 tsp cinnamon (guess)
  • ½ tsp vanilla or to taste
Steps
  1. Mix together cheese and eggs.
  2. Add cinnamon and stevia, mix again.
  3. If it is too thin , add almond flour til its almost like a thin dough.
  4. Grease waffle iron and add batter, cook until browned.
