  • 400ml sweetened soya milk (I used the blue Vive Soy as it has a beautiful vanilla flavour to it)
  • 1 tablespoon of vanilla extract
  • subheading: Ganache filling & topping:
  • 100g plain chocolate (70% or more)
  • 100g icing sugar
  • 160ml tin of coconut cream
  • 1 tablespoon of vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon of dairy-free spread
