  • ½ tsp salt
  • ⅓ tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp xanthan gum
  • 2 ½ tsps baking powder
  • ¼ c olive oil
  • ¼ c melted butter
  • 2 drops liquid sucralose (or stevia), optional
  • 4 eggs
  • 12 ozs cream cheese, softened
  • ¼ c heavy whipping cream (or half and half)
  • ¼ tsp cream of tartar
