Ingredients
  • ½ kilogram of beef for stewing, skirt, goose or black pulp (in USA beef stew)
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • ½ large onion, grated or minced
  • 2 troceaditos tomatoes (preferably peeled and seeded)
  • ½ Paprika green and / or red, in strips or diced
  • 1 to 2 tablespoons of tomato paste (this will thicken the sauce)
  • Salt, pepper, oregano and cumin to taste
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • Optional: ½ cup beef broth (given more taste), or ½ cup water
  • ½ kilogram of potatoes, peeled and chopped meat size
