  • 10 whole wheat lasagna noodles
  • 16oz block of extra firm Tofu
  • ¼ cup of raw cashews, soaked
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • ¼ cup nutritional yeast
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp italian seasoning
  • 2 tbls lemon juice
  • 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
  • 10oz box frozen spinach
