Ingredients
  • 100 g wholemeal (or gluten free) penne pasta
  • 175.0 g ricotta cheese
  • 75.0 g cheddar (or tasty) cheese grated blend of mozzarella, parmesan, cheddar
  • 1 cloves garlic minced
  • 125.0 g spinach (frozen) thawed and drained
  • 250 g tomato passata or puree
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper (ground)
  • 1 cup mixed salad
