Peaches Cream Cheese Loaf
Ingredients
  • ¼ tsp each of Baking Powder, Baking Soda, and Salt
  • 1 cup (about 154g) Fresh or Canned Peaches
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 1 cup (200g) Granulated Sugar
  • 8 oz (226g) Cream Cheese
  • ½ cup (113g) Unsalted Butter
  • 1 ½ cups (188g) All-Purpose Flour
  • Optional: A splash of Lemon Juice (recommended for fresh peaches), and Powdered Sugar for garnishing.
