Ingredients
  • 3 TBS Butter
  • 2 TBS olive oil
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 C whipping cream
  • ¼ tsp pepper
  • ½ C Parmesan Cheese
  • ¾ C mozzarella Cheese
Steps
  1. saute garlic in butter & olive oil for a few minutes.  add pepper.  slowly mix in cream.  When hot, add cheese & stir until melted over low heat
