Chocolate Chip Yogurt Cookies

Ingredients
  • ¼ c (4 Tbs) unsalted butter, softened
  • ½ c (115g) brown sugar, packed
  • ½ c (100g) granulated sugar
  • ⅓ c oil
  • ½ c plain yogurt
  • 1½ tsp vanilla extract
  • 1¾ c (220g) all purpose flour
  • ½ tsp baking soda
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ c chocolate chips
Steps
  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees Prepare baking sheets with parchment paper or leave ungreased
  2. In mixer, beat butter, sugars, & oil until light and fluffy
  3. Add Yogurt and vanilla
  4. Blend well
  5. Stir in flour, baking soda and salt
  6. Mix well
  7. Stir in chips
  8. Drop 2" apart on sheets
  9. Bake 8 to 12 minutes, or until light golden
  10. Remove from oven and leave on sheet 1 minute, then remove to cooling rack.
