  • 2 Tbsp black strap molasses
  • 2 Tbsp agave or maple syrup
  • juice from one lemon
  • 2 tsp soy sauce
  • ½ tsp ground allspice
  • ½ tsp crushed red pepper
  • 2 Tbsp chopped parsley
  • 1 tsp liquid smoke optional
