Ingredients
Steps
- ½ to ¾ head of cauliflower, placed in food processor or use a cheese grater until it is roughly the size of a grain of rice. Place in bowl cover and microwave for 8 minutes and then strain.
- -In a 8 to 10" non-stick pan, Pre-cook 4-6oz of whatever meat you want to put in fully and set aside in a bowl or plate...That include the egg
- -In a the same pan or fresh clean non-stick pan.
- On a med/high heat
- Add
- -½ tsp oil
- -½ tsp mince garlic
- -¼ tsp minced ginger
- -1 tsp sliced scallions/green onion
- Lightly brown/caramelize
- (do not burn the garlic! It will make everything taste bitter!!!)
- Now add
- -½ tsp Korean chili paste
- -½ cup chopped/sliced kimchi
- Stir for a few seconds
- Now add precooked cauliflower rice
- Stir for a few sec, now add ¼ to ½ tsp soy sauce, stir & mix in thoroughly. Now taste it and season with salt and pepper to taste.
- (If flavor is too strong or salty you can add more riced cauliflower to make it not as strong. Just keep adding until it's to your liking)
- Stir again while over med/high heat
- Now add all the pre-cooked meat that you had set aside and sir together for a few sec ...
- Place in bowl and top with egg and some sliced scallions/Green onion
- Now enjoy!!!
