Kimchi Cauliflower Stir Fry

  1. ½ to ¾ head of cauliflower, placed in food processor or use a cheese grater until it is roughly the size of a grain of rice. Place in bowl cover and microwave for 8 minutes and then strain.
  2. -In a 8 to 10" non-stick pan, Pre-cook 4-6oz of whatever meat you want to put in fully and set aside in a bowl or plate...That include the egg
  3. -In a the same pan or fresh clean non-stick pan.
  4. On a med/high heat
  5. Add
  6. -½ tsp oil
  7. -½ tsp mince garlic
  8. -¼ tsp minced ginger
  9. -1 tsp sliced scallions/green onion
  10. Lightly brown/caramelize
  11. (do not burn the garlic! It will make everything taste bitter!!!)
  12. Now add
  13. -½ tsp Korean chili paste
  14. -½ cup chopped/sliced kimchi
  15. Stir for a few seconds
  16. Now add precooked cauliflower rice
  17. Stir for a few sec, now add ¼ to ½ tsp soy sauce, stir & mix in thoroughly. Now taste it and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  18. (If flavor is too strong or salty you can add more riced cauliflower to make it not as strong. Just keep adding until it's to your liking)
  19. Stir again while over med/high heat
  20. Now add all the pre-cooked meat that you had set aside and sir together for a few sec ...
  21. Place in bowl and top with egg and some sliced scallions/Green onion
  22. Now enjoy!!!
