Creamy Coconut Ramen with Katsu Chicken

  • 1 to 2 tsps sichuan chili paste (or gochujang)
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp ginger minced
  • 2 tbsps soy sauce
  • 4 cups chicken stock
  • 1 400ml can coconut milk
  • 1 spring onion diced
  • 1 sheet nori seaweed
