1 cup mascarpone cheese, softened

Syrup

½ cup coffee

1 ½ oz rum

1 Tbsp sugar

Cream and Assembly

¾ cup whipping cream

1 Tbsp sugar

1 tsp vanilla extract

24 ladyfingers

bittersweet chocolate, for grating

cocoa powder, for dusting
