  • 1 cup grated manchego/parmesan cheese
  • ½ cup dried cranberries

  • ½ cup tahini
  • ½ cup extra virgin olive oil
  • ¼ cup lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 to 2 cloves garlic, grated
