Ingredients
  • 8 oz. package whole-wheat rotini pasta (cooked according to package directions)
  • 1 Tbsp. coconut oil
  • 3 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 1 Tbsp. onion flakes
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • ½ tsp. smoked paprika
  • ¼ tsp. black pepper
  • 1 ½ cups vegan beef broth (I used one Edward & Sons Not-Beef cube dissolved in the water)
  • 1 ½ cups unsweetened almond milk
