Avocado & Broad-Bean Smash
Ingredients
  • 2 cups frozen broad beans
  • 1 avocado
  • ½ lemon, juiced
  • 20 g parmesan, finely sliced
  • 8 slices Woolworths Crafted white sourdough, cut to 1cm thickness, toasted
  • 1 clove garlic, halved
  • 2 tbs Macro seed mix with pepitas & sunflower seeds
  • ¼ bunch mint, leaves picked
  • 2 tbs extra virgin olive oil
