  • ½ cup Apple Juice
  • ½ cup Maple Syrup
  • ¼ cup Bourbon
  • ¼ cup Tomato Paste
  • 1 Tablespoon Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1 Tablespoon Worcestershire sauce , (or soy sauce or fish sauce)
  • 2 Tablespoons Brown Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Kosher Salt
