  • 1 cup ( 1 cup) macadamias roughly chopped
  • ½ cup ( ½ cup) slivered almonds
  • ¼ cup ( ¼ cup) sunflower seeds
  • 1 tbsp ( 1 tbsp) chia seeds
  • 2 tbsp ( 2 tbsp) sesame seeds
