Ingredients
  • ⅓ cup tahini
  • ¼ cup lemon juice
  • ¼ cup water
  • ¾ tsp salt
  • ¾ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp cumin
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ¼ tsp paprika
  • 2 tsp honey or maple syrup
Steps
  1. Mix with hand blender.
  2. Kale, white beans, cucumber, green olive slices, pepperonis
Notes
  • Made salad using dressing with steamed broccoli, spinach, cannellini beans, avocado, green olive, peperoncinis and green onion. Excellent.
