Mom's Meatloaf

Ingredients
  • MEATLOAF
  • 4 pound ground beef
  • 1 pound Sweet Italian sausage
  • 4 eggs
  • 4 to 6 slices of bread
  • ¼  cup Italian seasoning
  • Diced onion
  • Garlic
  • Salt pepper
  • Worchestershire sauce 2 to 3 tablespoons
  • TOPPING
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • ½ cup ketchup
Steps
  1. Mix
  2. Bake 350 until done.  Juices run clear when poked.  Don't over cook. Time depends on size of loaf
  3. Brown sugar and ketchup topping. Heat on stovetop.  Slice the top of loaf.  Pour sauce on loaf.  cook another 10 minutes
  4. Let rest if you can.  10 to 15 minutes
