Coconut Macaroons
Ingredients
  • 14 oz coconut
  • 1 can Borden’s sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 t vanilla
  • Pinch of sea salt
  • 2 egg whites, room temp
Steps
  1. Beat egg whites till stiff and fold into other ingredients. Drop by spoonful into parchment paper and bake 25 min at 305*
