- Ann Mills Recipe - Peaches and Cream Rice Pudding
- I took some from the risotto recipe and most from the rice pudding recipe that's already out there, but made a few changes. This is a double recipe so divide by two if you don't want so much left over.
- 1 ½C heavy cream
- 1 ½C 2% milk
- 1C white granulated sugar
- Mix to combine/dissolve sugar and set aside.
- 4 eggs
- ½C heavy cream
- ½C 2% milk
- 1tsp vanilla extract
