Ginger-Soy Sablefish (Black Cod)
Ingredients
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 3 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha hot sauce
  • 2 sablefish (black cod) fillets (or substitute with Salmon or Halibut)
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 2 green onions, thinly sliced (white and green parts)
  • 2 tablespoons toasted sesame seed for garnish (if you happen to have)
