WW friendly zuppa toscana! 2.8 SP's per cup! Makes 10 cups
Ingredients
  • 1 lb turkey Italian sausage
  • 1 potato
  • 1 cup fat free half & half
  • 1 onion
  • 3 cups spinach
  • 6 cups chicken broth
Steps
  1. Sauté onion 3mins, add sausage until cooked 5 mins, add broth & potatoes. Cook at high pressure for 5 mins, 10 mins NPR then quick release. Add spinach & half & half. Enjoy!
