Chickpea Flour Banana Bread {Gluten-Free, Grain-Free}
Ingredients
  • 5 tablespoons unsalted butter or ghee, melted and cooled, plus extra for greasing pan
  • 1½ cups (180 grams) chickpea flour (also called garbanzo bean flour)
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • ½ teaspoon fine sea salt
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1-½ cups mashed very ripe bananas (about 3 large bananas)
  • ½ cup packed dark brown sugar OR coconut sugar
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
