Ingredients

  • 1 ½ pounds (3 x 8 oz packets) cream cheese
  • 4 ml liquid monk fruit extract drops or 36 drops (100% monk fruit, no erythritol*)
  • 6 large eggs
  • juice of ½ lemon
  • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
