- 1 cup reduced-sodium fat-free chicken broth
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons sherry wine
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (we used around 1 to 1 ½ tablespoons)
