  • 3/4 cup (150 g) plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 - 4 Tbsp coconut palm sugar***
  • 1 Tbsp (7 g) coconut flour****
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 medium-sized ripe banana, thinly sliced (100 g or 1/2 cup)
