Peanut Chicken Pasta
Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons light brown sugar
  • ½ teaspoon hot chile oil
  • Juice of 1 lime plus 1 lime cut into wedges
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh ginger
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon curry powder
  • 1 cup salted roasted peanuts, roughly chopped
  • ½ cup fresh cilantro leaves and tender stems, chopped
