Tuscan White Bean Dip (Easy Appetizer)
Ingredients
  • 1 10- oz. can cannellini beans
  • ½ large white onion diced
  • 2 medium tomatoes diced, or 1 (14.5-ounce) can diced tomatoes
  • 1 ½ teaspoons minced garlic
  • ¼ cup basil leaves washed and cut into strips, or 1 tablespoon dried basil
  • ⅛ cup Italian parsley chopped, or 2 teaspoons dried
  • 1 tablespoon fresh oregano chopped, or 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 2 teaspoons kosher salt to taste
  • 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper to taste
  • 1 cup extra-virgin olive oil
