Smothered Pork Chops
Pan-fried until tender and juicy, and sauced in a rich, hearty brown gravy with mushrooms and onions, THIS is the way to do smothered pork chops.  
Ingredients
  • 4 boneless pork chops, about ¾-inch thick (about 1 ⅓ pounds)
  • ½ teaspoon McCormick® Sea Salt Grinder
  • ½ teaspoon McCormick® Coarse Ground Black Pepper
  • 2 tablespoons oil, divided
  • 1 package (8 ounces) sliced mushrooms
  • 1 medium onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 package McCormick® Brown Gravy Mix
