Ingredients
  • 1 pound of ground beef
  • ¼ finely diced onion
  • 3 minced garlics
  • 1 can tomato sauce
  • 4 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon of ground comino
  • ¼ of a teaspoon of oregano
  • 3 tablespoons of chili powder
  • 4 cups of beef broth
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • ½ teaspoon of pepper
  • Corn tortillas
  • Diced onion
  • Shredded cheddar cheese
  • Oven 375°F
  • Casserole dish
  • In a skillet, fry the ground beef until well done. All the onion and garlic let it cook until onions are translucent.
  • Add the spices, comino, oregano, chili powder, salt and pepper. Cook 1 minute.
  • Add the flour, cook for about 2 minutes to cook off the flour taste.
  • Add the tomato sauce and the broth/liquid slowly while whisking. Adjust the salt and pepper to your liking. Cook for 15 minutes. Ready to roll the enchiladas.
