Ingredients
  • 1 cup blueberries (I used frozen)
  • ½ tsp cornstarch
  • ½ tsp lemon juice
  • ⅓ cup oats
  • 1 serving @promix vanilla whey protein powder
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • ½ tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 to 2 tbsp water
