Pour the batter into a 7" springform pan sprayed with non-stick spray.

Loosely cover pan with foil.

Place the trivet & 1 cup of water into the inner pot. Lower cake into pot using a foil sling. Put on the lid & seal the vent.

Cook on Manual/High for 30 minutes with a 15 minute NPR, then QR. Check to be sure the cake is cooked (eg, with a toothpick).

Cool on wire rack for 10 minutes before removing from pan.

Spray 7" baking pan and fill about ⅔ with mix. follow rest of instructions above. makes 2 cakes. garnish with fruit (mandarin oranges, pineapple chunks, bananas, cherries) and whipped cream.
