Steps
  1. pick something from this page: delishably.com/desserts/Two-Ingredient-Cake-Mix-Recipes  post used 1 box of moist cake mix (spice cake)  and a 15 oz. can of pumpkin puree.
  2. Pour the batter into a 7" springform pan sprayed with non-stick spray.
  3. Loosely cover pan with foil.
  4. Place the trivet & 1 cup of water into the inner pot.  Lower cake into pot using a foil sling.  Put on the lid & seal the vent.
  5. Cook on Manual/High for 30 minutes with a 15 minute NPR, then QR.  Check to be sure the cake is cooked (eg, with a toothpick).
  6. Cool on wire rack for 10 minutes before removing from pan.
Notes
  • pineapple-angel food (see second picture):  m.facebook.com/groups/826223557471634?view=permalink&id=1...  Mix a 20-oz can of crushed pineapple and a box of angel food cake mix.  Spray 7" baking pan and fill about ⅔ with mix.  follow rest of instructions above.  makes 2 cakes.  garnish with fruit (mandarin oranges, pineapple chunks, bananas, cherries) and whipped cream.
