"Little Poof of Heaven" Egg Cup
Ingredients
  • I used 4 eggs whisked with ½ teaspoon of baking powder, a pinch of salt, pepper, fresh chives and about ¼ cup of smoked salmon. I poured the egg mixture into 2 heat safe 6 oz ramekins and placed them on a trivet over a cup of water. They cooked for 8 minutes on medium steam with QR. NOTE: If I had used 4 smaller ramekins (vs. 2 larger ones) I would have only cooked for 4 minutes as per Tommy's recipe. I tested them at 4 & 6 minutes but they needed more time.
