Cheese stick My version..
Ingredients
  • 250 gm Flour
  • 125 gm cornflour
  • 250 gm butter
  • 250 gm kraft cheese strips
  • 3 TBS sugar
  • 100 gm almond (blend)
  • 1 tsp white pepper powder
  •  
  • 250 gm kraft cheese strips (for dressing)
  • 1 egg yolk + 1 tbs milk (beaten)
Steps
  1. Beat butter and sugar until fluffy mix in pepper, almond, salt, cheese.
  2. Add in flour and mix well to become a dough.
  3. Refrigerate for about 3 hours
  4. On flour surface roll the dough to 3mm thick.
  5. Cut with cheese stick cutter.
  6. Brush with egg yolk  then strips on top
  7. Bake at 170 for 25 mins or until cooked.
