Ingredients
  • 45 g (1 ½ cups) spinach, kale or romaine
  • 8 g (½ cup) cilantro
  • 2 cups water
  • 264 g (1 ½ cup) frozen mango
  • 158 g (1 cup) frozen pineapple
  • 70 g (½) avocado
Steps
  1. Blend spinach, cilantro and water until smooth.
  2. Add remaining ingredients and blend til smooth.
